COLOUR: Deep brick red intensity with a ruby colour hue.
BOUQUET: Vibrant nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. These characters are well balanced by the fruit aromas of prunes and boysenberries.
PALATE: Quite muscular and well structured. Oak plays a supporting role, adding sweetness and mouth-feel to the wine.
CELLARING: The wine’s structure and intensity highlights its potential to develop with patient careful ageing 10-15 years.
